Sedona Photo Adventure

Overview

This a half day tour designed for those with a passion for photography who want to discover some special locations in Sedona, as well as those interested in having their photos taken in beautiful natural settings -- much better than a selfie.

I'll take you to the right place at the right time so you can enjoy the sights more and drive around less. In a few days after completing the tour, you will receive the best photos of your visit and be able to use them at full resolution; picture yourself among the red rocks of Sedona in a big print hanging on your wall!

You should be in good physical condition since our hikes involve walking on nature trails which, at times, may require some scrambling or dealing with loose rocks, but nothing dangerous or very strenuous. We will have a break between the hikes when you get a chance to recharge, have a snack and discuss any technical details related to photography and your experience.

Should you need photography tips, I'm very happy to help with photo techniques, composition and making the most of your time here.

Itinerary

  • We meet in Sedona at a location that will be communicated after booking your tour

  • We start with a hike along a trail in Sedona that will take us to superb views of the surroundings, as well as a little-known and hidden natural arch -- both locations are excellent for taking portraits.

  • Next stop is a spectacular cave with great views of the red rock mountains around

  • In late afternoon, we'll drive to a couple of locations to watch the sunset over Cathedral Rock, one of the tallest and most photogenic rock formations in Sedona.
